August 6th, Swissmedic is rolling out key changes for registration and modification in the CHRN

🔗 New Process: All registration applications and modifications must now be submitted exclusively through the Swissdamed platform as of 6th Agust 2024. This marks a major step forward in the digitalization and regulation of the sector in Switzerland.
🕒 Mandatory Deadline: Registration with Swissmedic is required within the first 3 months after introducing your product to the Swiss market. Failure to comply could result in penalties.
📋 Already Registered? If you’ve previously registered with Swissmedic, don’t worry. Clear instructions have been provided on the next steps. Make sure to update your registration according to the new requirements.
