Registration in Peru

CMC Medical Devices provides registration services for medical devices and IVD products in Peru, supporting your entry into the market and compliance with Peruvian regulations.

Registration requires submission of a dossier to DIGEMID (Ministry of Health) including product classification, technical information, labeling in Spanish, quality system evidence, and a Free Sale Certificate (FSC). CMC can act as your local authorized representative, prepare and submit the dossier, assist in obtaining the FSC, and guide you through communications with DIGEMID.
